We provide client with a professionally designed template for your project’s pitch. All you need to do is adapt the template with the project specific details and imagery.

CLIENT DRAFTS WHITE PAPER

We provide guidelines to client to assist in the preparation of the white paper and and the client drafts the white paper.

SCHINDLERS ATTORNEYS SETTLES WHITE PAPER

Schindlers Attorneys finalises the white paper focussing on the legal structures, the tax implications and escrow arrangements (if required) and Schindlers Digital Assets finalises the tokenomics in the white paper.

FSP Approval

Schindlers and SDA workshops with Financial Service Providers to bolster saleability. If FSP believe the project is investment grade, your project will be awarded an FSP Badge. The FSP will also provide your project with a low, medium or high risk rating.

TOKEN AUDIT REPORT

An auditor will be appointed to conduct an audit and provide a Token Audit Report. The audit report will verify that the token represents ownership of the Real-World Asset, and it will ensure that the ownership of the asset and the transfer of ownership through the token are legal and comply with relevant laws and regulations. Once the audit is complete, the project will be certified by the Auditor and awarded a verification badge.

MARKETING TEAMS ENGAGE

Parallel to the above process, we suggest that the client’s marketing team focus on creating promotional material that effectively communicates all aspects of the project and complete the graphics in the listing template.

INTEGRITY OFFICER

An Integrity Officer will be assigned to your project. The Integrity Officer serves as a point of contact for token purchasers, answering inquiries, providing guidance, and addressing any concerns or issues they may have. They facilitate effective communication between the marketplace and the users to enhance transparency and trust. In case of disputes between the token purchasers and sellers, the Integrity Officer acts as a mediator and facilitator. They review the evidence provided by both parties, conduct investigations if necessary, and work towards resolving the conflict in a fair and unbiased manner.

Token minted

We will take care of the entire token minting process, from metadata JSON setup and development to the actual minting. Our team will ensure a smooth and seamless minting experience, helping you bring your digital assets to life on the blockchain.

Unlock

If there is a minimum target that must be reached, the funds will be locked until the minimum target is reached. Once the target is reached, the funds and tokens will be unlocked. If the target is not reached, the funds will be returned to the investors and the tokens burnt.

Trading Begins

Trading begins and agreed commissions are paid directly via smart contracts. Investors can pay using credit cards, Binance Pay or Metamask.

CONTINUOUS OVERSIGHT

Schindlers Attorneys and the FSP provide continuous oversight to protect the investors.

RETURN ON INVESTMENT (ROI) DISTRIBUTION

The treasury, FSP and Schindlers distribute returns in accordance with the underlying financial instruments. Where appropriate, our experts will ensure the integration of smart contract functionality that enables automatic ROI calculations and revenue distribution to token holders.

FINAL STAGE

The investment term ends, the investors final returns are distributed and the tokens are burnt.
