Having regard to the severity of the situation and the services which may be affected, the following measures may apply (where appropriate):

   2.1.1 Activation of a dedicated response plan;

   2.1.2 Notification to relevant regulatory authorities and compliance with any regulatory instructions issued; and

   2.1.3 Provision of regular updates to customers by way of a status page.

3. Preservation of Customer Funds:

   3.1 The preservation of customer funds will take utmost priority in the event that SchindlersX becomes unable to carry out its operations or ceases business.

   3.2 The SchindlersX bank account into which you make fiat deposits is used exclusively for the purpose of holding and processing customer funds.

   3.3 These bank accounts, and our secure multi-signature (multi-sig) safe wallets are subject to robust controls and regular reconciliations.

4. Acknowledgment:

   By investing through SchindlersX, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted this Risk Disclosure Statement. You are aware of the high risks associated with investing and understand that you may not receive returns or be able to exit your investments within a reasonable time-frame, and are prepared to accept the possibility of losing your entire investment.
