   1.3 Legal Status and Government Backing: Tokens issued through SchindlersX are not considered legal tender and are not backed by any government. Accounts and value balances related to tokens are not subject to any government-backed deposit insurance or other governmental protections.
   
   1.4 Tax Liability: Buying and selling tokens may result in tax liability, and you are solely responsible for complying with your tax obligations.
   
   1.5 Seek Independent Advice: You are encouraged to seek your own legal, tax and financial advisor in relation to investing in the tokens.
   
   1.6 Non-Refundable: SchindlersX is not obliged to provide token holders with a refund. No promises of future performance or price are made, including no promise of inherent value, no promise of continuing payments, and no guarantee that the tokens will hold any particular value.

   2.1 In the unlikely event SchindlersX is unable to carry out (or ceases) its operations in one or more of our locations, SchindlersX has robust business continuity arrangements in place to ensure minimal impact on our customers. Having regard to the severity of the situation and the services which may be affected, the following measures may apply (where appropriate):
   
   2.1.1 Activation of a dedicated response plan;
   
   2.1.2 Notification to relevant regulatory authorities and compliance with any regulatory instructions issued; and
   
   2.1.3 Provision of regular updates to customers by way of a status page.
   
   

3. Preservation of Customer Funds:
   
   3.1 The preservation of customer funds will take utmost priority in the event that SchindlersX becomes unable to carry out its operations or ceases business.
   
   3.2 The SchindlersX bank account into which you make fiat deposits is used exclusively for the purpose of holding and processing customer funds.
   
   3.3 These bank accounts, and our secure multi-signature (multi-sig) safe wallets are subject to robust controls and regular reconciliations.

4. Acknowledgment:
   
   By investing through SchindlersX, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted this Risk Disclosure Statement. You are aware of the high risks associated with investing and understand that you may not receive returns or be able to exit your investments within a reasonable time-frame, and are prepared to accept the possibility of losing your entire investment.
