Integrity Officer
The Integrity Officer serves as a point of contact for token purchasers, answering inquiries, providing guidance, and addressing any concerns or issues they may have. They facilitate effective communication between the marketplace and the users to enhance transparency and trust.
In case of disputes between token purchasers and sellers, the Integrity Officer acts as a mediator and facilitator. They review the evidence provided by both parties, conduct investigations if necessary, and work towards resolving the conflict in a fair and unbiased manner.
Claire Waldeck
Claire Waldeck is the integrity officer on this project. Claire was admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa in 2001, as a notary in 2005 and is a Fellow of Intellectual Property Institute of South Africa.
Holding a Master’s Degree in Commercial Law, her approach to law is practical and she has the ability to make clients feel as they are getting the best possible advice without feeling intimidated by the process. She specialises in Intellectual Property Law and all aspects of Commercial Law and has experience in Labour Law and Family Law.
